Shipping policy
Together Mart — Pickup and Delivery Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. We are currently pickup only
All orders placed on togethermart.com.au are currently supplied by click and collect (pickup). We do not offer shipping or courier delivery at this time. If we introduce a delivery option in the future, it will be shown and priced at checkout and this policy will be updated.
2. Where and when to collect
Together Mart
291 Payneham Road, Royston Park SA 5070, Australia
Phone: 08 8102 4358
Our current opening hours are shown on our website and on our Google listing. Collection is available during opening hours only. We may offer collection from an additional or alternative location from time to time; the collection point that applies to your order is always the one stated in your order confirmation.
Liquor. Liquor is sold and supplied at our licensed premises and may be collected only from those premises, during the hours authorised by our liquor licence. Those premises and hours may be different from the store where the rest of your order is collected. If your order includes liquor, we will confirm the collection point and collection times for the liquor part of your order in your order confirmation or by SMS or email.
3. How pickup works
- Place and pay for your order online. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- For a Group Buy, we place our supplier order after the Group Buy closes. Stock usually arrives within the time frame stated on the product page.
- We will notify you by SMS or email when your order is ready and tell you the collection window.
- Come to the collection point during the collection window, give the name and phone number on the order, and our staff will hand your order over and mark it off.
Please do not come in before you receive the "ready for collection" notice — your order will not be packed.
4. Identification at collection
We may ask any person collecting an order to show photo identification matching the name on the order. This protects you from someone else taking your order. We may refuse to hand over an order, and hold it for later collection, if satisfactory identification is not provided.
For liquor, identification is not optional — see clause 6.
5. Collection window
- Unless we tell you otherwise, orders must be collected within 3 opening days of the "ready for collection" notice.
- If you cannot make it, contact us before the window closes and we will do our best to hold your order or arrange another time.
- If an order is not collected and you have not contacted us, clause 8 of our Refund and Returns Policy applies: we will try to contact you, we will hold non-perishable items for a further 7 days where we can, perishable, chilled or frozen items that cannot be held safely may be disposed of without refund, and a reasonable re-preparation fee may apply to a replacement collection (we will always tell you the amount first and you must agree before we charge it).
6. Someone else collecting for you
You may nominate another adult to collect your order. Add their name to the order notes or tell us in advance. They must be able to give the order number or the phone number on the order, and we may ask for identification.
Liquor will only be handed to the purchaser or to an adult nominated by the purchaser, and only on production of acceptable proof of age — a current Australian driver's licence, an Australian Proof of Age card, a current passport, or a Keypass card. We will refuse to hand over liquor if satisfactory identification is not produced, if we believe it is for a person under 18, or if the person collecting appears intoxicated or affected by drugs. You agree to ensure that any person you nominate to collect liquor is aged 18 or over.
7. Checking your order
Please check your order before you leave. If anything is missing, incorrect or damaged, tell our staff at the counter and we will fix it immediately. If you notice a problem after leaving, contact us within 24 hours — see our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Chilled and frozen products — cold chain
Many of our products are chilled or frozen. Once you take your order, keeping it at a safe temperature is your responsibility.
- Bring an insulated bag or esky, especially in warm weather.
- Take chilled and frozen products straight home and refrigerate or freeze them immediately.
- Do not leave them in a hot car.
We are not responsible for products that spoil after collection because they were not kept at a safe temperature.
9. Substitutions and short supply
We do not substitute products without asking you first. If an item you ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you and either supply an agreed alternative or refund that item in full.
10. Delays
Group Buy stock depends on suppliers, shipping and, for imported goods, customs and biosecurity clearance. We will tell you as soon as we know about a delay. If we cannot supply within a reasonable time, you may cancel the affected item and we will refund it in full.
11. Behaviour at our premises
Our staff are entitled to a safe workplace. We may refuse to hand over an order, ask a person to leave, or cancel an order and refund it, where a person collecting behaves aggressively or offensively towards our staff or other customers, or attends while intoxicated in a way that creates a risk to others. See clause 11 of our Terms and Conditions.
